💌 Returns & Refunds
At Little Snuggle Studio, we want you to love every piece you bring home. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition it arrived in — unused, and in its original packaging. Please hang onto your receipt or proof of purchase, too.
To start a return, just email us at info@littlesnugglestudio.com. We’ll guide you from there, including where to send your return. Please note: returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
🚚 Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives with damage or the wrong item inside, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make it right — quickly and kindly.
📦 Non-returnable items
Some items can’t be returned, including:
– Personalized or custom-made items
– Gift cards
– Items on sale

🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to make a swap is to return the item you have, then place a new order once your return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no reason needed. The same condition rules apply: unused, and original packaging, and a proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If it is, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Bank processing times may vary.)
